tcgb-10型土工合成材料水平渗透仪根据gb/t17633、sl/t235、iso/fdisi2958《土工织物及其相关产品沿织物平面输水能力的测定土工布及其有关产品平面内水流量》的国家标准研发设计。适用于测定一定法向压力作用下的土工织物在常水头水流下的水平渗透系数和导水率，性能稳定，方便实用。

三、tcgb-10型土工合成材料水平渗透仪技术参数：
1、试样尺寸：100x200mm
2、施加于试样的法向压力范围：10-250kpa
3、水利梯度：0.1 、 1.0
4、外形尺寸：1100x600x1500mm
5、整机重量：150kg
四、tcgb-10型土工合成材料水平渗透仪操作步骤：
打开电源开关，点击目录输入面积和时间
1、试验用水应为脱气水或蒸馏水。
2、分别裁剪顺机向和横机向试样各3块，当试样较薄时应取2层或3层试样重叠为一组进行试验，这时应相应各剪裁6块或9块试样。
3、将试样包封在乳胶膜或橡皮套内，试样应平整无褶皱，周边应无渗漏，对于直接加荷型，应仔细安装试样上下垫层，使试样承受均匀法向压力。
4、施加2-5kpa的压力，使试样就位，随即向水位容器内注入脱气水，排走试样内的气泡，试验过程中试样应饱和。
5、按现场条件选用水力梯度，当情况不明时选用水力梯度不大于1.0.
6、按现场条件或设计要求选择法向压力至少进行三种压力试验，一种压力稍大于设计值，一种稍低于设计值。对试样施加小一法向压力，持续15min。抬高容器的水位，使其达到要求的水力梯度。当水流稳定后，测读通过500立方厘米渗透水量的时间，或记录15min内通过的水量。每个水力梯度下平行测定3次。
7、换一种水力梯度重复以上步骤。
8、增大法向压力，重复以上步骤对其余法向压力下的试验进行完毕。
五、标定：

六、试验完毕清理表面，以备下次使用。
